Shannon joined the AP Bond team as a Healthcare Coordinator in 2023. She brings with her more than 17 years of experience, starting out in P&C and then moving into ancillary lines and leave management. In her current role she processes enrollments, prepares quotes for clients, and assists in resolving medical claim issues. She works closely with Account Managers and Benefits Consultants to provide proper communication to ensure the best customer service experience to her clients. Shannon appreciates advocating for and building relationships with her clients to solve any issues they may have with their plan.
