Peggy joined Bond as a Group Benefits Coordinator in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in customer service from previous sales and administrative roles. As Group Benefits Coordinator, Peggy advocates for clients and their employees, ensuring timely processing of enrollments, plan changes, and providing education on their current benefits. She supports our team of Account Managers and Benefits Consultants by providing sales support and securing quotes. Peggy is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, where she majored in Management with a minor in Legal Studies. When she has the opportunity, she enjoys trying new cuisines.
