Nicole joined the AP Bond team in 2021 as an Enrollment Specialist, and in 2023 was promoted to Group Benefits Coordinator. She comes to Bond with a background in customer service, and management experience. In her current role, Nicole processes renewals and enrollments and terminations of benefits along with assisting clients with changes to their current selections. Prior to AP Bond, Nicole was a manager at Freeport Water Taxi.

Nicole earned a B.A. in Communications from SUNY Brockport. When she is not helping clients with their benefits needs, Nicole enjoys working on puzzles and trying new outdoor activities.
