The benefit open enrollment season is upon us again! Now is the time to make changes to your current plan or enroll if you are not currently participating for a January 1st, 2024 effective date. We have great plans available through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, MVP Healthcare, and Guardian. The deadline to submit paperwork for setting up a new plan or changing plans is November 15th, in order to ensure accurate billing and enrollment (changes may be submitted until December 1st, but may not accurately reflect on your first invoice).
If you are not in a group and have individual medical coverage, please contact us directly for more information.
If you are not making any changes to your benefit plans, you only need to complete an AGIF for Excellus Medical.
If we do not hear from you we will assume there are no changes to your plan offerings.

Please be sure to review your benefits summary for plan changes and updated pricing, even if you are keeping your current plan. Any plan changes are highlighted in blue on the spreadsheet. Please be aware that due to New York State Requirements, Excellus is requiring ALL clients to complete an Annual Group Information Form. This form is due to us along with your plan decision no later than November 15th.
Pediatric dental will again be embedded in all MVP plans as it has been in past years. There is an option to embed this benefit in all Excellus medical plans.
Great news for our Guardian Dental customers – there will be no rate change for 2024. Excellus Dental customers will be experiencing a rate change this year, please review the dental rates by clicking here.
