Erick G. Bond, Sr., CLU, ChFC, CEO
Bond Financial Network is led by Founder and CEO Erick Bond, Sr. With 40 plus years of insurance and management experience, Erick has grown the company and established Bond Financial Network as a recognizable and respected leader in the market. Erick's expertise within the marketplace is well known and gives him the ability to connect directly with carriers at a senior level. In addition to providing excellent product solutions to his clients, Erick has fostered an engaged corporate culture within Bond. By reaching out to top talent and building his own team, Erick is able to provide superior service to his clients. Erick received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester, a Master of Science in Management from the American College, and a Master of Science in Financial Services from the American College.

Erick is a member of the Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany Life Underwriters Associations; he is both a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant.

Erick is active in the Rochester Community. He serves as a member of the National Council for the University of Rochester’s College of Arts and Sciences; serves on the Board of the Rochester YMCA, and serves as a member of the Rochester Philanthropy Council.

Erick B. Bond, Vice President
Prior to joining Bond Financial Network in 2012, Erick spent seven years with a leading health, disability and life carrier in the New York City marketplace. He is a cum laude graduate of Colgate University.

Erick brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to Bond Financial Network that will contribute to long-term success in both the business development and client relationship management arenas. Erick brings a vast knowledge set on both the benefits and challenges of integrated products, including the combination of disability products with traditional medical plans as well as consumer directed health plans. He has experience with a wide variety of products, including basic and voluntary life, basic and voluntary accident, business travel accident, LTD, STD, DBL and TBD as well as experience in selling and installing a variety of voluntary, elective contributory and tax-choice products.

Erick lives in Pittsford with his wife and children. He enjoys skiing in his free time.

Jeffrey Arcieri, CPA, Notary Public - Accounting and Operations Manager
Jeff is an accomplished leader in the field of accounting. Prior to joining Bond Financial Network, Inc. in April of 2015, Jeff has served in a number of integral roles with FABER Homes, Allied Frozen Storage, Inc. and Mercantile Adjustment Bureau.

Jeff received his B.S. in Accounting from Roberts Wesleyan College and later went on to become a Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public. Jeff currently serves as the Treasurer for Faith Child Care and Nursery School and the Treasurer for the Beechwoods Property Owners Association.

Jeff lives in Webster with his wife and two youngest children and enjoys health and wellness-related activities.

Daniel Botsford, - Benefits Consultant, SPHR
With over 20 years of experience in the health insurance market, it is extremely important to Dan that his clients are provided with quality insurance plans, while keeping costs in check. As a group benefits consultant with Bond Financial Services, Dan is responsible for business development, sales and account management.

Dan is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam with a B.A. in Economics. He is also a graduate of the Wayne Central School District. Dan has served as a human resources specialist for his business clients earning his SPHR Designation in 2014. He is certified to work in the NY health insurance exchanges.

The Insurance market has gone through some dramatic changes since he first obtained his health insurance license in 1994. Dan enjoys keeping up with the dynamic health insurance market, updating clients monthly basis on information they need to know. Dan enjoys snowmobiling and is a member of the Williamson Driftriders. In the summer, Dan enjoys golf and watching his nieces and nephews compete in rival Monroe County sports.

Bill Carson, Benefits Consultant
Bill has more than 16 years of experience in employee benefits sales and consulting. As a lead Consultant at Bond, Bill works closely with each client guiding them through the Strategic Planning Process and providing oversight of their dedicated Bond Account Team. By taking a personalized and open consultative approach, Bill is able to develop creative and custom benefits solutions for each client.

Prior to joining Bond, Bill was a Top 10 Senior Sales Representative for one of the nation's largest insurance companies in the employee benefits field. His account portfolio consisted of employers from 10 to 20,000 employees throughout the New York, New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia region. Bill also served as a Captain in the US Army, where he was the Deputy Intelligence Planning Officer for the Commanding General, Fort Stewart, GA.

Bill graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with Highest Honors. He is a board member and volunteer coach with the Honeoye Falls-Lima youth basketball program.


Stacey Long Taylor, PHR, SHRM-CP - Director of Client Services
Since joining Bond Financial Network in 2007, Stacey has consistently delivered value to Bond’s external and internal clients for over 10 years. Promoted to the Director of Client Services in 2017, she continues to deliver the highest level of support to her team, ensuring that all of Bond’s clients receive the level of service that we are committed to. With 12 years of experience in the benefits industry, and 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Stacey serves as a member of the senior management team, and as Bond’s in-house Human Resources specialist.

Stacey received a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from SUNY Fredonia. She later went on to earn a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College. Stacey currently maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Mark Shannon, MBA - Senior Marketplace Advocate
Mark joined Bond Financial Network in 2013 to create and lead Bond’s Marketplace Advocacy Department that assists individuals and their families with health insurance options that are available through the NY State of Health Marketplace and directly through insurance carriers. Since the expansion of the individual market, Mark and his team have assisted over 1,000 individuals throughout New York and has become a market leader in providing expertise to individuals on their health insurance options. Additionally, Mark assists employers in cost-saving strategies that implement both the traditional group health insurance marketplace along with the options available through the individual marketplace. Finally, Mark assists individuals who become eligible for Medicare and walks them through the enrollment process for their Medicare benefits. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Business Administration from St. John Fisher College.

Mark lives in Ogden with his wife, Sandra, and his hobbies include tennis, golf and following the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Brooke Whitney, LAH - Account Services Manager
Brooke joined Bond as an Account Manager in 2012 with a focus in large group account management. Since then, Brooke has taken on the Account Services Manager role, and serves as a leader for the Account Management Team.

Working with large groups in the Rochester and surrounding areas for 11 years has given Brooke the experience and knowledge to navigate through policy, carrier, and ACA requirements for her clients with ease. Brooke brings a detailed knowledge of self-funding, data analysis, custom plan design, policy review and strategic planning to the Bond team. By focusing on education, advocacy and cost-containment planning, Brooke creates an unparalleled level of customer service and benefits satisfaction for all of her clients.

Prior to joining Bond, Brooke worked as a Senior Account Manager for First Niagara Benefits Consulting where she serviced groups with up to 4,500 employees.

Brooke lives in Hilton with her twin daughters.
